you guys. you really dont know HOW happy i am to read that sentence. it feels like a huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders… I’ve just been accepted into the largest and BEST university in Washington state… One of the top schools in the world… God, what did i do to deserve such a blessing? XD

i was sorta expecting a letter from them, but i didnt think itd come so soon! Shelby taught me this little trick… if applicants can find a student number on their UW page after their application has been reviewed, then it means that they’ve been accepted. If theres no number there, it basically means “sorry.” And yesterday, when i checked my status, there was a student number there!! But i didnt want to tell anyone until i had that damn acceptance letter in. my. hands.

The shredded side of the purple envelope was the result of my anxiousness *LOL* The only thing i was not so pleased about was my parents’ reaction to it all. They seemed so calm about it… when i was jumping up and down, going “OMGOMGOMGA;SLKDFJ” all they said was “oh~ congratulations~”

maybe its just because ive watched too much TV. Parents on TV Shows/dramas always seem to be so excited and they scream and hug/kiss their kids. I guess i’ve always expected my parents to be that happy for me too. Or maybe theyre happy on the inside and just not showing it… Whatever the case is, im sure that by Monday the WHOLE WORLD will know about it XD

you kno, i would never purposely use that term  against any of the Japanese people i know. BUT THOSE THREE deserve to be called that. i’m sure we could throw a lot more cuss words/terminology at them, but that would be giving them the attention that they were probably aiming for.

I just dont understand why anybody would go out of their way to videotape themselves ripping up a T&T poster… and in front of all places!! Those idiots had to do it in front of the Kyoto Johnny’s shop!! why would anyone… it just doesnt make sense.

large pieces of construction paper that fans would go all the way to Japan to pay a pocket-full for?? And theyre just carelessly tearing it apart, thinking that it actually makes them look cool or the least bit funny.

something was keeping me up this morning, so i just went downstairs to turn on the TV, hoping i’ll catch the CM… and the SECOND it turned on, i saw T&T!!! KYAAAAA!!!!!! for no apparent reason, the TV’s been really nice to me lately. It happened last night too - i switched the channel and there was the beginning of Takki’s AMO CM! XD

anyways, the CM is apparently up on youtube too~ so go check it out!!

happened yesterday inside a hotel lobby in Tokyo.

its really nice to see Takki again… it feels like its been eons.

ANYWAYS, WS clips had already started airing last night.
Notes that i gathered from the news articles…

- There will be two Acts (per usual).
- First Act will be mainly about kabuki and folklores.
- Second Act will be Yoshitsune, Yoritomo, and Yoshitomo (father)

- This year’s theme will be「命」which means life. However, its read as “LOVE” because (according to Sponichi) if u mess around with the strokes, u can see the letters L, O, V, and E in it. Like the top looks like an tilted L. the 口 looks like an O, and etc.

- There will definitely be onnagata again. And Takki’s been preparing for that by practicing how to put on the kabuki makeup… the white powder, red lips, eyeliner, etc (the whole Yuki-chan package). Takki said that the eyes are hard to do. He also told Sponichi that since he’s usually half naked while hes doing the makeup, he’d feel like its “kimochi warui” because he’d have the face of a woman but the body of a man.

*LOLLL* 気持ち悪っ!!

- On the topic of Yoshitsune, Takki stated that it is really sugoi for a group of vassals to be willing to risk their lives for just ONE man. And with Enbujou, he’s aiming to become the kind of zachou/leader that Yoshitsune was. Which is where the “LOVE” comes from.

The love between vassals and leader,
The love between friends,
The love between man and woman,
The love between brothers,
The love between father and sons, and
A play that the audience will LOVE.

ive been feeling *blah* lately. A lot of my close friends are facing dilemmas right now and i’m really worried about them. But when i try to rant to other people (or even my parents), it feels like they dont care. They’ll shake their heads and say “thats terrible” but thats about the most that i was able to pry out of them. And it makes me incredibly frustrated. Because they dont understand how it feels.

My friend thinks its embarrassing when i talk about her on my blog, but if no one’s gonna listen to me, i gotta let all of this out SOMEHOW (^^;)

Battle call

When Tsubasa’s side was really loud, Takki gave the fans this pouty glare and said “Hido-” (hidoi, which means cruel or terrible). Tsubasa went over and picked out an obaa-san from the audience. After yelling “Tsubasa~~~,” he gave her a hug!!! ♥ Takki did his little Oi! stomp and pointed at the stage gesturing that Tsubasa was supposed to stay on the runway XD 

seems like there were a lot of chibikko’s there too. When one of the babies started crying, Takki quietly chuckled and did this cry-baby monomane (where he did this little pout, blinked, and rubbed his eyes)

The actual schedule has not been publically released yet, but JFC members can see if they login to J-Net. A fan said that theres gonna be 38 shows.  *sigh* yappari, he’ll be working on my bday…

u kno, i understand why people are happy about Enbujou, but yet i dont. From my standpoint, as proud as i am about the fact that Enbujou is the next big thing in JE history next to SHOCK, i really dont think it should happen this year (or at least in such a hurried state). Enbujou was made to express the magnificence of Japanese history and culture. It was designed to be enjoyed. If theyre doing it this year merely because everyone expects it to be a yearly thing… it sorta distorts the original meaning/purpose of Enbujou. Did that sorta make sense?

Some might argue that that is the wrong attitude. But if its not already obvious to you “omg!! i cant believe its back! i’m so happy!!” people, please realize that Takki is probably not even 120 pounds anymore. But what are fans to do when their idol just happens to be a DO-M workaholic? His severe lack of body fat bugs everyone in the fandom, but what irritates me is the fact that he is actually OK with it.

Like if i was in his position, i’d get sick of being constantly asked “are you ok?” But even though i’m annoyed, i might consider… ”well, golly gee, it must be pretty crucial if EVERYONE is telling me that they’re worried.” And i’m sure Takki knows, but he is in no condition to control how much his body is willing to absorb. God knows, the man can eat. A lot!!

*sigh*

T&T were together on Valentine’s Day~

They attended the 18:30 show of Matchy-san’s concert. When the second half of the concert began, Tsubasa spontaneously appeared during [Shounen no Kokoro] and stayed on stage to sing with Matchy-san!! After their special duet, it was MC time.

Tsubasa said that he was really nervous about singing with his dai-senpai. Said that he practiced the song countless times before the actual performance lol

When Matchy-san asked where Takki was, Tsubasa just said “He came yo~” and right on que, Takki came walking out from the side curtains with a big bouquet of flowers!! He was wearing his black specks, a black leather jumpsuit-like outfit? and black shoes~

they joked about there being a “Matchy & Takki & Tsubasa” collaboration and Tsubasa said “ah sou da! Matchy & Takki & Tsubasa & Koichi should do SHOCK together yo~~” Takki also took the opportunity to tease Matchy-san  and asked him why he wasnt chosen to do the furitsuke for Mezamero Yasei *LOL* Takki, just let it go already!!

T&T returned to their seats shortly afterwards but during YMCA, the cameras zoomed in on them and T&T were doing the YMCA furitsuke!! ♥ Matchy-san called them out after the encore too~

There were a lot of cameras at that show… Zoomin and Mezamashi did a mini report on it this morning and there was a little bit of footage of T&T!!

PS: just thought this was interesting. There gonna be an annual “Yoshitsune Musou matsuri” in Tokushima the day T&T are gonna be there for their con. But unless theres time for Takki to stay in Tokushima (after the last show, they wont have another one until the 23rd…), then i doubt hes gonna be able to attend the festival (v_v)
